Rapid Repair Primer

Rapid Repair Primer is a non-reemulsifiable liquid bonding primer for use in cement based overlay materials. Rapid Repair Primer is used to improve the bond of cement based overlay materials on a properly prepared concrete surface. It also seals porous concrete surfaces preventing pinholes and out gassing bubbles from forming in the finished surface.
